Product Range
EVA Midsole Sheets — The core cushioning layer in most modern footwear. Available in multiple densities for different performance levels. Uniform cell structure ensures consistent cushioning across the entire sole.
EVA Insole Blanks — Pre-formed or flat sheets for cutting into insoles. Options include memory foam lamination, arch support contouring, and anti-microbial treatment. Available with fabric or leather top covers.
EVA Outsole Components — High-abrasion EVA compounds for direct ground contact. Formulated for grip, wear resistance, and flexibility. Available in injection-molded or compression-molded forms.
Phylon (Molded EVA) — Compression-molded EVA for premium midsoles. Lightweight with excellent energy return. Used by leading athletic brands for running, basketball, and training shoes.
Dual-Density EVA — Two layers of different hardness bonded together. Softer top layer for comfort, firmer bottom layer for support and stability. Ideal for orthopedic and performance footwear.
