OEM/ODM Service Process
- Inquiry & Consultation — Share your product concept, drawings, or reference samples. Our team evaluates feasibility, suggests materials, and provides preliminary pricing within 48 hours.
- Design & Engineering — Our CAD team creates production drawings. For ODM projects, we develop the product concept based on your market requirements and target price point.
- Prototyping — CNC-machined or hand-crafted prototypes delivered in 5–10 working days. Includes material samples with actual colors and textures.
- Testing & Certification — We arrange third-party lab testing (SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas) for EN71, ASTM, REACH, RoHS, or any standard your market requires.
- Tooling & Pre-Production — Die/mold fabrication with T1 samples for your approval. Production process validation ensures quality before mass production begins.
- Mass Production — Dedicated production line with in-process quality checkpoints. Daily capacity: 50,000+ pieces depending on product complexity.
- Quality Inspection — AQL 2.5 standard inspection on every shipment. Third-party inspection welcome. Full inspection reports with photos provided.
- Packaging & Logistics — Custom packaging design and production. We handle export documentation, container loading, and coordinate with your freight forwarder.
